The RubberDucks recommend booking at least 60 days prior to your event, especially for events that occur during the months April–September. However, the RubberDucks may be able to accommodate events less than 60 days in advance.

Yes, depending on the game and ballpark operations schedule. The events team will confirm available dates and spaces.
No. All food and beverage service must be purchased and served through the Akron RubberDucks.
Hosted and cash-bar service are available. The ballpark is cashless, so guests purchasing drinks at a cash bar must use an accepted cashless payment method. Current beverage, wine and spirits options are listed in the menus. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections are marked, and the team can discuss dietary accommodations.
The team can connect any audio source. The Kaulig Companies Championship Club and Duck Club by Firestone can accommodate up to four microphones. The ballpark also has a full-stadium surround sound system, main video board, ribbon board, suite boards, concourse televisions and a Main Street board.

The Akron RubberDucks do not own or operate the parking around 7 17 Credit Union Park, but the team may help facilitate conversations with local vendors.
